Roasted Golden Cauliflower

This beautiful side dish is not only packed with nutrition, but also comforting and a family favorite!  Try pairing this with a traditional All-American dish or spice it up with some crushed red pepper or a creamy dressing.

What It’s Gonna Take:

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fat (High Temp Cooking Fat – I prefer bacon grease but any will do!)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Primal Palate Meat & Potatoes Spice
  • 3/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper

 

How To Proceed:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Line sheet pan with parchment paper (this is optional but helps with cleanup!)
  3. Cut Cauliflower into florets into large bowl
  4. Massage fat into florets
  5. Add all spices
  6. Mix until florets are dusted with spices
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes (depending on desired crisp!)
