This beautiful side dish is not only packed with nutrition, but also comforting and a family favorite! Try pairing this with a traditional All-American dish or spice it up with some crushed red pepper or a creamy dressing.
What It’s Gonna Take:
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon of Fat (High Temp Cooking Fat – I prefer bacon grease but any will do!)
- 1 Teaspoon of Primal Palate Meat & Potatoes Spice
- 3/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
How To Proceed:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper (this is optional but helps with cleanup!)
- Cut Cauliflower into florets into large bowl
- Massage fat into florets
- Add all spices
- Mix until florets are dusted with spices
- Bake for 30-35 minutes (depending on desired crisp!)
